Late Arrival Form

All Green Machine members must fill out this form every time they anticipate being late to an event. (Rehearsals begin no later than 7:30pm on Wednesdays, and call times for all other events are 75 minutes prior to the start of the event, unless otherwise noted.) You may fill out this form at any time throughout the semester. Forms submitted less than four hours prior to the event will not be accepted.

Note- failure to adhere to this policy will reflect negatively on your behalf when tournament rosters are being selected!
